The New York City Taxi & Limousine Commission states that attendance in the Eighty-Hour course is more likely to help a student pass than the twenty-four hour program.

All applicants must pass NY City Taxi Operators examination and meet all requirements for licensing required by NY City Taxi & Limousine Commission. There are no refunds for this program. Program must be attended and completed within four(4) months of application date at N.Y.C. T.&L.C. Master Cabbie is not in any way responsible for an applicants failure to qualify. All applicants agree to hold Master Cabbie Taxi Academy, its parent, heirs and assigns, harmless in the event of an applicants inability or failure to qualify as required.
